Where is Dallas?

Dallas is one funny kid! He fell asleep just like this. He was playing with his cars in our bedroom and it got really quite. I asked him what he was doing and he told me laying down. I came to check on him and he had fallen asleep! Yes, I did take the blanket off of his face.

Kittens!

We started feeding this cat that was hanging around the neighborhood. Mainly because the kids were playing with it and I felt bad. She got pregnant and a few weeks ago and had her kittens. She had 5 of them. Sorry if the picture is a little bloody. I'll take some more soon. They are so fuzzy and cute! If anybody is looking for a kitten we have 3 to give away. Let me know.

Are You Jealous Ladies????

This is the man I married! And I LOVE HIM!!!

I cut my hair! :) In case any of you cared or wanted to know.

Lagoon!!!

Kassidy on her stork.
It was so hot that day! Look at Dallas's cheeks, he was so miserable and then Kassidy is haming it up for the camera.

Dallas didn't want to stay on the ride. So Luke eventually took him off.

Still haming it up for the camera and Dallas could care less. His poor cheeks are so red.

This was the last ride they went on. Dallas didn't want to go on anymore and Kassidy didn't want to go by herself.

Here's Luke telling him to ring the bell and to get his hands in the boat. A minute later the lady got after him for dragging his hand along the side.

My mom is on that ride and apparently this lady wanted to get face time.

This was the first ride they went on. It was so dark in there.
I know you loved the commentary with all the pictures! :)
We got to Utah Friday night and went out to dinner with Jason, Shana, Karli, and Jessica. Jessica was in town for Sam's softball games in Park City. It's been a while since we last saw her so that was nice. Karli is getting so big!!
That Saturday we woke up and went to Lagoon and it was so HOT!!! When we ended up leaving the car said the temperature was 102 outside. Dallas didn't want ride in the stroller so Luke had to carry him all day. I felt bad for him! I was just glad it wasn't me carrying him around.
We got up and left on Sunday. It was a great trip!!

Twin Falls Temple

My son has to make sure that it is still there apparently! I don't know what Kassisy is doing? Crazy kids!!!

On the 25th of July we went down to Lagoon and along the way we stopped at the open house for the Twin Falls temple. It's so beautiful! My parents went with us as well.

It's nice that people who don't belong to the church can come in and see what it is all about. As well as non temple recommend holders.

My dad is from Declo, Idaho so the stake was in charge of hosting that day and he saw alot of people he knew and some relatives as well.

It was so hot that day!!!

4th of July

For the 4th of July we went camping up at Sagehen with most of Luke's family. It was a lot of fun and the kids had a great time playing with their cousins. We played games, talked, and ate. Friday night we drove to Cascade and watched the fireworks by the lake. We sat on the golf course and with that many people you would have thought they would have turned off their sprinkler system.. but they didn't.
Sorry that there aren't any pictures but I didn't bring my camera.

Cherry Festival

We went to the Cherry Festival on the 14th of June. We went the last day when they have the parade going on. We met up with Wes & Brandy and their kids. We also sat with Kasey's wife, their kids, and his parents. Kasey is Luke's friend. He was working out of town that weekend.

Anyway here are some pictures of the kids at the parade and on the rides. It was alot of fun. The last picture is of Mallori's horse. Mallori is Nick's girlfriend. And Nick is Luke's nephew. Jess and Marty's kid. They were going awfully fast and so the picture is of the back of her and her horses butt. She is the one in the red. Check out Mackenzie's sunglasses, she looked like such a rock star! She is the one with the white glasses. Halie looked cute in her mom's glasses. The kids had a blast and it was nice having the kids go on the rides with more kids. This was Dallas's first time on rides and he did great. Probably because his sister and cousins were there.

Finally.. Pictures from Kassidy's Birthday Party!

Here are some new pictures. These are way late but oh well. These are pictures of Kassidy's 5th birthday. We decided to have it at Tumble Time. It's the place where she does gymnastics. She loves it. We wanted to do something fun for her 5th birthday. I think all the kids had a good time. If they didn't oh well. There's always next year!

I got sick the day before my birthday. It was on May 31st. I wasn't sure that I was gonna be able to go to her birthday party . That's how bad it was. I had Luke give me a blessing that things would be okay and I ate nothing. Needless to say I was able to go. She got a lot of toys and Thank You to everyone who came. We had the party on my birthday and it was a fun day. Her real birthday was on June 2nd and we just had a little party with Luke and I and Dallas. We also gave her the presents we bought for her. There's also a picture of all the kids who came. Some of the faces you can see. I think I got most of them looking at the camera.

Kassidy's Preschool Graduation

I can't believe that my little girl is going to start kindergarten this year. She had her graduation from preschool tonight. Grandma & Grandpa Johnson were there and so were Grandma & Grandpa Wood. It was nice of them to come. Here are some pictures of my baby girl. It's so hard to believe that she is going to be 5 in a few weeks. They grow up so fast!!

Trampoline!

About a month ago we bought the kids a trampoline. They love it. It's got the enclosure around it which is nice because you don't have to worry about them falling off.

Scary Experience....

I was showing something to Luke on the computer and he was sitting on the edge of the bed, well Kassidy was sitting on his knee. She slipped and fell off and was sitting on the floor crying. Luke went to pick her up to comfort her. I heard something pop as he was picking her up. She started to go limp and her eyes rolled to the back of her head. I told Luke that she was passing out. She came to and looked at him and said, "Was I asleep?" She was only out for a few seconds but it seemed longer than that. I'm still sick to my stomach about it and I think he is too. That is the worst thing when something happens to your child.

Posting Overload!

That should be enough posts for a while until the next exciting thing happens!

Recent Project!

After talking about it for a year we have finally done it. We poured cement on the side of our house. It will be so nice to have for the kids to play on and the extra parking! Luke is just glad because it's less lawn to mow.

IT'S OFFICIAL.......

This beauty is officially ours now. It has been for like a month and a half. I gotta tell ya the money is nice to have. No car payments is a great feeling!!!!! :) Hopefully we can keep it that way for a while.

Finally a new post! HAPPY EASTER!

Here is a new post for those of you who have been waiting for it. We hope all of you had a great Easter. We did. Saturday we went over to Luke's Mom and Dad's and had some BBQ. It was really yummy. Susan boiled some eggs for the kids to color. They had a blast.

Today we went over to my Mom and Dad's to eat lunch. My grandma, her husband John, my uncle, my brother, Luke, me, the kids, my mom's cousin, her husband, their daughter and her kids. I think it was nice for a change that the kids had other kids to play with. We had a great day. Here is a picture of the kids in their Easter outfits...

Salt Lake Trip

We went to the Hunting Expo. down in Salt Lake this past weekend with Luke's mom and dad. It was a blast. We went to the cemetary that some of the prophets are buried at and got the kids picture by most of the ones that were there. While we were walking around we saw some deer tracks. Well we were at one of the headstones and there was some deer poop on the ground. Uncle Jason picked some up and asked Kassidy if she wanted some chocolate covered peanuts. She looked at him and said, Ewww gross no. Well Dallas decided that sounded good. He picked one up and stuck it in his mouth. He realized it wasn't that and spit it out. Yuck!! Just wait Jason!!!:) I wasn't there when it happened. We walked through the capitol building. It was really beautiful. We had a great time!
